Good interpreting starts before the interpreter arrives. Christine looks at every request, and EMYSTI takes care of choosing the interpreter, the quote, preparation and the day itself.
How booking works
The field, languages, date and time, in person or online, city, who will attend and a short description of the purpose. Please don’t send sensitive medical or confidential documents in the first form. We only ask for more if preparation needs it.
Christine looks at every request with the team. We check the field, languages, schedule, place and preparation, then decide whether Christine, another professional interpreter or a team will do it.
You get a formal yen quote with the scope and payment terms. If it helps, we can set up an online chat of up to 15 minutes before you confirm, to check you are comfortable with the interpreter. It does not replace the booked job.
Once you confirm, EMYSTI arranges the schedule and any approved preparation materials. Interpreting in person, online or by phone follows the agreed scope. If the job changes a lot, the team looks at the arrangements again.
Simple booking or email help of up to 15 minutes related to the job may be included. Ongoing arrangements, further appointments, extra documents or a changed scope are quoted separately.
