A successful interpreting assignment begins before the interpreter arrives. Christine reviews every assignment, and EMYSTI manages interpreter selection, quotation, preparation and service on the day.
How EMYSTI works
Tell us the service area, languages, date and time, on-site or remote format, city, participant roles and a short description of the purpose. Do not send sensitive medical or confidential documents in the first form. We ask for additional material only if it is necessary for preparation.
Christine reviews every assignment with the project team. We check the field, language direction, schedule, location and preparation needs before confirming Christine, another professional interpreter or a coordinated team.
You receive a formal JPY quote with the work scope and payment conditions. If appropriate, we can arrange an online introduction of up to 15 minutes before confirmation to check communication fit and practical expectations. It is not a substitute for the booked assignment.
Once confirmed, EMYSTI coordinates the schedule and approved preparation materials. On-site, remote and telephone interpreting is provided according to the confirmed scope. If the assignment changes significantly, the project team reviews the arrangements again.
We keep the post-assignment process proportionate. Simple order-related scheduling or email assistance of up to 15 minutes may be included. Ongoing coordination, further appointments, additional documents or a changed scope are reviewed and quoted separately.
